  • Welcome to angela inc.

Angela inc. specializes in natural light newborn, child, and maternity modern portraiture. Shot on-location in Western Germany, the possibilities are endless. From castles, to vineyards, to medieval streets, let angela inc. give you a fresh alternative to traditional studio photographs. My approach is simple, edgy, and innovative. Capturing the tiniest details from nose to toes, I photograph life as I see it.

I'm inspired by a child's toothless smile, a waiting momma in sassy heels, a newborn's eyelashes, a twirling tutu on a little princess, the scabby knees of an active boy, and much much more. What inspires you?

Happy Easter

Aww, my final session before Easter Break.  Enjoy this sweet princess, she’s just celebrated her 5th birthday.  Happy Birthday beautiful girl.

Newborn “N”, Wiesbaden, Germany

It’s always such an honor to photograph the same family on mulitiple occasions.  In my world of move, move, and move again, I rarely get the opportunity to photograph families through multiple stages in their lives.  However, even through I’ve  relocated three times since 2009, the “R” family have been close enough for us to get together for their annual family pictures.  I was over the moon when “D” called to tell me that she was pregnant and would like to book a newborn session.  I could hardly wait to meet the newest addition to this sweet family.  I can honestly say, that I’ve never seen a baby with such a hip hair style so fresh from the womb.  Really folks, that’s his natural look, no gel, no mousse, just lots and lots of cuteness.

Fashion Forward Maternity

Meet, the Mrs. featured below.  Hailing from Peru, she is stylish, exotic, and full of charisma.  I wanted her maternity session to be a reflection of timeless beauty.  The polka dot dress looked amazing on her, and accented with red accessories, her look is reminiscent of the 1930′s.  A quick change and she was catapulted into today’s chic style with form fitting jeans and a cute a-line top.  Photographed on location in the altstadt of Heidelberg, Germany.

….and baby makes three

It’s such an honor to have taken maternity pictures for “S”, newborn’s for “T” and now alas a family session.  It’s been a long time coming.  Mostly because Dad has been serving down range for the last several months….. and well we wanted him included too.   It’s so great to see these three together again.  What an incredible sacrifice they have all made, thanks “D” family.

A Castle Engagement, Germany

Engagement sessions are quickly becoming my favorite things to photograph.  There is so much to love about them.  The couples are full of hope, excitement, love, and anticipation of all the good things that will come in the future.  They are busy planning for their futures together.  And while most couples get to do all this planning over coffee, snuggling on the couch, my sweet couple are making all of their prepartions via phone, email, skype, etc.  That’s because they are literally thousands of miles apart.  While “B” serves on active duty in the Army, “C” presses on stateside in prepartion for their wedding and what lies beyond.

I had hoped to photograph them over the Christmas holidays but alas life was far too crazy.  So when “C” emailed to let me know she would be back in my neck of the woods again soon, I was sure to carve out a morning just for them.  This session was shot at two locations; the historic train station in Auerbach and the Auerbach Schloss, which dates back to the 13th century.  You can read more about the schloss  here .    Enjoy the images from this session, it’s just a little glimpse of the love that these two share.  Feel free to leave comments, it will surely make them smile ; )
